Check-in and check-out are handled by our staff, not at the building’s reception. Any special requests should be communicated directly to our team. A designated parking space within the building is included, and guests can enjoy the shared pool during their stay. The property is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, offering frequent connections to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecón. For quick and easy transfers, we suggest using taxis or Uber, both available in the area. If you decide to drive, we provide you with an assigned parking space. Personalized check-in and check-out. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a fee of $500 MXN; check-ins after 11:00 PM are not allowed. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Electricity: 21 KWH per paid night is included. Additional KWH: $6 MXN each. Maximum capacity: 6 guests, including children.
