will discover this lovely two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of
the apartment building, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by the airy feel and
homely interior of the living space, featuring a large L-shaped couch
styled with patterned scatter cushions. The space is fitted with a
fireplace (only operational from May to September) and a mounted
flatscreen television with a round wooden coffee table with a natural
jute rug anchoring the seating area, adding a touch of warmth.
Adjacent to the living space, the kitchen is fully equipped, featuring
everything you will need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay
including a Nespresso machine and a washing machine for added
convenience. Glass doors open to the balcony with a gas braai and patio
furniture, perfect for enjoying a leisurely braai outside while taking
in the breathtaking views of the iconic Table Mountain and Atlantic
Ocean.
The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom
features a queen-size bed with nightstands on either side, a large
wardrobe offering a smart, space-saving design with a discreet en-suite
bathroom concealed behind the built-in cupboards. The bathroom is
fitted with a washbasin with a vanity, a toilet, and a shower. The
second bedroom features two cosy single beds with a switch for the
heated towel rail in the shared bathroom, which includes a washbasin
with vanity, a toilet, and a bathtub. Linen and towels are provided
with your stay.
