BEDROOMS Warm and comfortable bedrooms provided with quality bedding material for a good nights sleep. Heating in every bedroom and master bedroom has a TV. Master bedroom has a King bed and the remaining two bedrooms have Queen beds. PARKING - 1 x double garage. Additional carparking is available on the side of the street for free. Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. KITCHEN AMENITIES We supply a coffee plunger, 1 x coffee grind packet, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Cooking oil, salt and pepper, baking paper. FLOOR PLAN: The larger part of the house, features a large open plan kitchen, dining and double lounge; 3 bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, internal door to the garage, small hallway for study and a small private outdoor deck at the back. An additional studio unit located at the front right side of the house is rented separately as a short-term guest stay and may either be unoccupied or have another group staying. Each unit has its own private entrance and locked interconnecting door.
