The villa develops over three levels and approximately 500 square metres, with an internal elevator which connects all floors of the villa, including the rooftop terrace. GROUND FLOOR The ground floor hosts a bright open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly onto the terrace and garden. A refined dining area comfortably seats up to 18 guests, while the stylish lounge features a 52” satellite Smart TV and a designer electric fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year. The kitchen features high-end appliances, a double-door refrigerator, a wine cooler stocked with a curated selection of Italian wines, and dual sinks dedicated to food preparation and dishwashing.
