Welcome to Colony Reef 18A, a beautiful condo on the resort’s ground floor right next to the tennis courts. Come and experience Crescent Beach and live the good life, St. Augustine-style!
The first thing you’ll notice is the privacy this garden-level condo offers. You’re not overlooking the pool, which can be noisy at times. There’s a large patio where you can relax after a day at the beach and plenty of grass just beyond if you want to throw a baseball with the kids. Here at the front of the complex, it’s nice and quiet but still just a short walk from the pool and ocean (and the owners have provided a great beach cart for your chairs and beach supplies).
The condo has been recently upgraded, offering an atmosphere that’s beachy and comfortable. Spread out a puzzle, a deck of cards, or all of your travel brochures on the dining room table, or step out onto the spacious porch and relax and the table and chairs in the shade.
If you’re planning to cook, you’ll be delighted by the well-appointed kitchen featuring cookware, dishes, and utensils galore, plus all appliances major and minor. Enjoy an electric grill on the patio, ample counter space for chopping and mixing, and a dishwasher for the heavy lifting afterward.
The living and dining areas are open and connected, to keep everyone together having fun. The bedrooms, on the other hand, are quiet, private, and restful. One is a primary suite with new furniture, its own flatscreen TV, access to the patio, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has its own TV and en suite bathroom as well. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer.
Colony Reef is a family-friendly complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. There are two swimming pools (one is oceanfront and the other is heated), a sauna, a great workout room, tennis courts, and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pristine white sand. And then the relaxation really begins!
