➢ Parking is limited to 3 vehicles on the driveway, which is monitored by security cameras. Dashboard placards are required; violations are subject to a $500 fine, as per local ordinance.
➢ Quiet Hours are 9:00 pm to 8:00 am which are monitored by noise sensors, and violations are enforced by local ordinance.
➢ Bear-proof garbage containers must be used – yes, we do have bears!
➢ Maximum guest occupancy is 6 – no weddings, parties or events.
