If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 🔥 Grill Use: If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling! 🐾 Pets: Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100 ❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. NO cats allowed! 📌 Hot Tub House Rules: Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250 To avoid this, please follow these simple rules: 🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality. ⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation. 🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels. 👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests 🚸 No unsupervised kids 🚫 No diving or jumping 🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub 🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub 🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear 🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down 🚭 No smoking in the hot tub ♨️ Turn off the jets after use ✅ Always cover the hot tub after use ❌ No pets in the hot tub ❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets. → The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use. 🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges. 👟 Shoes off inside: Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt.
