Entire home and lake access Conveniently located just minutes from major highways, our listing is easily accessible by car. Public transportation options are limited, so we recommend guests have their own vehicle or utilize ride-sharing services for local travel. Driveway: While the driveway is short, it’s steep and for experienced drivers. In addition to parking at the bottom of the driveway there is also a private parking section on the road level with steps, approximately 20, that lead directly to the front door. Driveway Winter Conditions (December-March): Due to steepness of driveway guests will be required to use steps rather than driveway due to steepness of the driveway. Please be aware and respect our house rules ⚠️ House rules: 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. 📌 Hot Tub House Rules: Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250 To avoid this, please follow these simple rules: 🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality. ⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation. 🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels. 👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests 🚸 No unsupervised kids 🚫 No diving or jumping 🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub 🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub 🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear 🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down 🚭 No smoking in the hot tub ♨️ Turn off the jets after use ✅ Always cover the hot tub after use ❌ No pets in the hot tub ❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets. → The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use. 🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without Property Manager’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges. 📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling! 📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding! 📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
