This retreat places you close to the best of Sandusky while offering a quiet haven of its own. Sleeping arrangements Four bedrooms provide comfort for up to 8 guests. Two rooms feature queen beds, while the other two offer full beds, ensuring everyone has a restful space to unwind. Cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades make each bedroom cozy. Bathrooms Three full bathrooms are stocked with essentials including towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. Modern finishes ensure every guest feels refreshed. Living and entertainment The living area invites you to relax with comfortable seating and a 44-inch HDTV with Roku. A Nintendo Switch and board games bring added fun for families or groups. An ethernet connection and WiFi keep you connected throughout your stay. Kitchen and dining The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals together. Uber & Lyft are both available in this area. ⚠️ House Rules⚠️ 🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉 This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. 🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. 🤫 Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels. 🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM 💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. 🚭 Smoking: No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation Smoking outside is allowed 🚫 Strictly Prohibited : Underage drinking or drug use Unauthorized guests 🎉 No mini waste: Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. 👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 🐾 Pets: Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100 ❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. NO cats allowed! 📌 Hot Tub House Rules: Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250 To avoid this, please follow these simple rules: 🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality. ⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation. 🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels. 👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests 🚸 No unsupervised kids 🚫 No diving or jumping 🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub 🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub 🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear 🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down 🚭 No smoking in the hot tub ♨️ Turn off the jets after use ✅ Always cover the hot tub after use ❌ No pets in the hot tub ❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets. → The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use. 🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without Property Manager’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges. 👟 Shoes off inside: Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding! 📌 Checkout note: We leave a short list of optional checkout steps — not mandatory, but very appreciated to help us prep for the next guest. Thank you! 😊 📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
