LOCATION AND PROXIMITY - 11 minutes drive from the Queenstown international airport. - 9 minutes drive to nearby supermarket and Remarkables retail - 18 minutes drive from Queenstown CBD - 12 minutes drive to Five Mile Shopping Centre (large retail area) - 28 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area. - 35 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area. - 60 minutes driving to Cardrona Ski Area Message from Ray: - The unit requires accessed via 34 outdoor steps from the main road. - Parking is only along the roadside and there’s no dedicated parking space on-site - the bunk bed is best suited for kids, though adults can use it, the lower bunk just has a little less headroom than usual. - The spa area is open and does not have privacy fencing, may not be suitable for guests seeking a fully secluded experience during use. We clean and prepare the house before your arrival, and this is covered by the cleaning fee at the time of booking. During your stay the property will not be serviced.
