Welcome to our beautiful three-bedroom Georgian townhouse apartment, ideally located in the sought-after Allan Park area of Stirling. Just steps from Stirling city centre, this elegant home combines historic character with modern comfort, offering a relaxing retreat after a day exploring the city.
Set within a stunning Georgian building, the townhouse is perfectly suited to families, friends or business travellers seeking space, style and an exceptional central location.
Living Room & Dining Area – Elegant & Inviting:
The living room is a stylish blend of modern comfort and traditional Georgian features. Period wooden shutters, a decorative fireplace (feature only, not in use) with ornate mantel detailing, and tasteful furnishings create a warm and inviting space to relax together.
There is comfortable seating for all guests, along with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, ideal for unwinding in the evenings. The dining area sits alongside the living space and comfortably seats six guests, making it perfect for shared meals or relaxed evenings in.
Kitchen – Modern & Fully Equipped:
The modern kitchen is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped for self-catering stays. Amenities include a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, along with pots, pans and utensils.
The kitchen is spotlessly clean and a pleasure to use. To help you settle in, we provide a welcome basket of amenities, including a carton of milk, so you can enjoy a coffee straight away on arrival.

All three bedrooms feature king-size beds, each fitted with custom handmade headboards, a unique design feature that adds character and craftsmanship throughout the townhouse. All beds are dressed in fresh, crisp white linens, and each bedroom is tastefully styled with a blend of modern comfort and traditional touches.
Bedroom 1 – First Floor:
Located on the first floor, this bedroom is a calm and welcoming space with period wooden shutters and curtains for privacy. Storage includes a chest of drawers and hanging space, allowing you to keep your belongings neatly organised during your stay.
Bedroom 2 – Second Floor:
This bright and comfortable bedroom includes a wardrobe with hanging space and a dressing table, ideal for getting ready or working during your stay. Blinds are provided for privacy, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment.

Located on the second floor, the bathroom is a beautifully presented space that blends modern design with traditional charm. Exposed wooden ceiling beams highlight the building’s heritage, while the modern walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead provides a luxurious experience.
Fresh towels are provided, along with Scottish Sea Kelp shampoo & hand soap for use during your stay, adding a refined touch of Scottish luxury. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Stirling.
Access & Layout:
Access to the building is via seven external stone steps from the street. Entry to the building is shared with One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic. Once inside the townhouse’s front door, guests follow the internal carpeted stairs to access the townhouse apartment, which occupies the upper floors of the building.
The townhouse is arranged over two internal levels.
The first floor features the living room, dining area, kitchen and one bedroom. A second internal carpeted staircase then leads to the second floor, which houses the remaining two bedrooms and the bathroom.
Neighbourhood & Wellbeing Clinic:
The townhouse is located within the elegant Allan Park neighbourhood, one of Stirling’s most desirable central areas. Just moments from the city centre, guests can easily enjoy shops, cafés, restaurants and historic attractions, before returning to the calm of the townhouse.
The building is shared with One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic, a well-established local clinic offering a range of relaxing treatments such as massage. While the clinic operates independently and is not affiliated with us, the shared building access makes it especially convenient for guests wishing to enjoy treatments without needing to leave the building. Any treatments should be booked directly with the clinic.
Less than 0.6 miles away, King’s Park offers a wonderful green escape, with scenic walking routes and The Pavilion Café, ideal for a coffee or light bite.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the townhouse apartment during their stay, including all living areas, kitchen, dining space, bedrooms, and bathroom.
Access to the building is via a shared entrance vestibule, which is shared with One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic. From the vestibule, guests can access the townhouse apartment, which occupies the upper floors of the building.
The townhouse is arranged over two internal levels. The first floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and one bedroom. The second floor includes the remaining two bedrooms and the bathroom.
Please note that on the second floor, there is a locked cleaning cupboard, which is locked for housekeeping and maintenance purposes to ensure the townhouse is presented at its best for your arrival.

The townhouse is located in the highly regarded Allan Park / King’s Park area of Stirling, one of the city’s most attractive and historic residential districts. Lined with elegant Georgian properties, this area sits just steps from Stirling city centre, meaning there’s no need for a car to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
Stirling is one of Scotland’s most historic cities, with landmarks such as Stirling Castle, Argyll’s Lodgings, Holy Rude Church and the Old Town Jail all within an easy walk. The city also offers a mix of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, a modern shopping centre and cultural attractions including The Smith Art Gallery & Museum.
Less than a mile away, King’s Park provides a beautiful green space ideal for walks, picnics and relaxation, with The Pavilion Café offering refreshments along the way. King’s Park Golf Club, open to the public, is also within walking distance.
Slightly further afield, the National Wallace Monument and Battle of Bannockburn Visitor Centre are just a short drive away. The charming town of Bridge of Allan, with its riverside walks, cafés and Victorian architecture, is only a few miles from the city centre.

By Car:
The property is easily accessible by car and is located just 5 minutes from Junction 10 of the M9, making arrivals and departures straightforward. This central location also makes day trips around Central Scotland quick and convenient.
Parking:
There is metered on-street parking directly outside the townhouse, which is ideal for dropping off and picking up luggage.
For longer stays, we recommend nearby car parks within a 5-minute walk, including:
- Wellgreen NCP Car Park (please note this car park closes at 8pm)
- Thistles / Marches Shopping Centre Car Park

By Train & Bus:
Stirling Train Station and Bus Station are both approximately an 8-minute walk from the townhouse. Stirling’s excellent rail connections make it easy to explore Scotland, with direct services to:
- Glasgow (around 25 minutes)
- Edinburgh (around 45 minutes)
- Perth (around 30 minutes)
Stirling is often described as the Gateway to the Highlands, making it an excellent base for wider exploration.
Local Bus Services:
There are excellent bus links to the University of Stirling, departing from Murray Place and Stirling Bus Station, with up to 19 buses per hour at peak times. Journey time is approximately 15 minutes.

The townhouse apartment is accessed via seven external stone steps, followed by internal staircases within the building and apartment. Guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay, as there is no lift access.
Entry to the building is through a shared entrance vestibule, which is also used by One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic. The townhouse apartment occupies the upper floors of the building.
The apartment is located directly above One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic, where guests may wish to book relaxing treatments and therapies during their stay. Availability and bookings can be made online directly with the clinic. As the building is shared, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels during the clinic’s opening hours:
Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 8am–3pm, Sunday 9am–7pm, and Monday to Thursday 9am–9pm.
For this reason, the townhouse is not suitable for noisy gatherings.
Parking:
There is paid on-street parking available directly outside the townhouse on Allan Park. This parking is free in the evenings from 5:30pm until 8:45am the following morning.
For daytime parking, there is secure paid parking just a 2-minute walk away, typically costing around £4 per day. Full parking instructions will be provided in your virtual guidebook upon reservation.
