The $35 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damage up to $250. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed. Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for disruptions or closures related to building-managed amenities. DISCLOSURE REGARDING UNIT ACCESS On rare occasions, maintenance staff may require entry to the unit for essential work. These visits are scheduled by management and are beyond our control. Refusal of access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
