This 7br/6bath home is a rare find so close to the city. Designed for groups who want room to gather and room to breathe, it’s the perfect place to bring everyone together. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, corporate stay, retreat, or multi-family vacation, this home makes group travel easy. There’s space for shared meals, late-night conversations, quiet downtime, and plenty of fun in between.
No Cooking Condiments Provided
Guests are welcome to purchase any necessary cooking items from nearby grocery stores.
Triple Sheet Bedding System
We use the hotel-standard triple sheet method for cleanliness. This means fitted sheets and duvet covers are not used. All linens are freshly laundered between stays.
Seasonal Insect Alert
During rainy seasons, insects such as ants may seek shelter indoors. We perform regular pest control, but occasional sightings may still occur.
Same-Day Booking Notice
If you book within 24 hours of check-in, we may not guarantee a 4:00 PM check-in time, especially in the case of same-day turnovers. Check-in may be delayed up to 6:30 PM. Please contact us after booking to confirm.
Guest Pricing Structure
The base rate includes four guests. Each additional guest is $25 per night. This fee covers extra utility usage, supplies, and general wear and tear. OTA will automatically calculate the total price based on your guest count.
PET POLICY
We love hosting guests with pets and happily welcome dogs! Please note that we don’t allow cats, as we want to be mindful of future guests who may have allergic sensitivities. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Fee: $150/pet per stay.

We accept same-day reservations. Please contact us after booking to confirm your check-in time.

Early check-in is not guaranteed but may be confirmed on the day of arrival based on availability.
No Shoes Indoors
Please remove your shoes upon entering the home to help us keep the space clean.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and within 20 feet of the property. A violation fee will apply if this rule is broken.
Quiet Hours After 10 PM
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
No Parties or Unauthorized Guests
Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. Please treat the home with care and respect.
Proper Trash Disposal
Please separate trash appropriately. If unsure, leave trash in indoor bins and our cleaning team will handle it.
Lost and Found Policy
Check thoroughly for personal belongings before departure.
If an item is found, we can ship it back for a $35 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
Lost items will be held for up to two weeks before being donated or discarded.
Mailbox Access
Mailbox access is not available for short-term stays. Guests may receive packages at their own risk, but we are not responsible for lost or inaccessible deliveries.
NOTE: Due to the layout of the heating system, temperatures downstairs can be cooler during winter. We’ve provided a portable heater to help maintain a comfortable stay.
We will be available from 9am until 12 mn during your stay for any questions or needs, but will otherwise respect your privacy!
