Inside, you’ll find a spacious open kitchen and living area equipped with a 90” TV that connects to a large deck with seating for 15 and another 80” TV, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring an espresso machine, Breville coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. For dining, a long table with seating for 10 is complemented by an additional 8 chairs in the eat-in kitchen. Step outside to the expansive deck, where a large table for 8 awaits, along with a grill for enjoyable barbecues against the backdrop of lush greenery. After a day of fun, unwind on the deck area, complete with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for movie nights under the stars. The property also boasts a large rear lawn, ideal for outdoor games or simply soaking up the sun, along with a shaded under-deck seating area for relaxation. When you’re ready for some beach time, the beautiful 30A beaches are just a quick 10-minute drive away, allowing you to enjoy both the bay and the coast. (literally right across the street!!) Distance: .1 miles | Time: 1 minute walking, 1 minute driving Beach Access: Turn left onto N County Hwy 393 and go straight to beach access !! Distance: 3.6 miles | Time: 10 minutes driving Cessna Landing: Cessna Landing is a county park on Highway 393 a few miles north of US 98 on Hogtown Bayou. (literally across the street) The park has a boat launch, docks, picnic shelters, full court basketball court, squash court, and playground. Right next door is the Bayou Arts Center, home to the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County. Some of the charter boats and pontoons going to Crab Island pick up at the docks here. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
