-Parking Deck: Due to HOA restrictions, only one vehicle may park in the deck. During the following dates: May 21 through May 25 /June 13 through July 2 /September 3 through September 7/October- Sunday of Schooner’s Lobsterfest
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
-Pets are not permitted at this rental.
-This rental does not include beach towels.
