The living room is warm and cozy, with a sofa bed that can accommodate children. It offers the perfect place to relax after exploring the neighborhood, and can serve as a reading nook or a quiet spot to daydream while gazing out at the peaceful streets of Rue Duguay-Trouin. The decor is simple yet elegant, highlighting an artist’s studio feel, with personal touches that invite creativity and contemplation.
Kitchen and dining area:
The open kitchen is compact but functional, fully equipped for preparing your meals: stovetop, small refrigerator, microwave, and essential utensils. The dining table seats four people: two chairs and two stools that you can stack to save space.
Bedroom:
The bedroom is a true refuge, decorated with beautiful artistic wallpaper that brings character and elegance to the space. It offers a comfortable bed (160x200), equipped with a mattress topper for restful nights, in an intimate and warm atmosphere, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is modern and practical, with a shower, sink, and minimalist storage. There is also a toilet in the bathroom.
You will have access to the entire apartment. Please note that the apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard.

The apartment is located on the ground floor overlooking the street, but you will feel like you are on the first basement level because you have to go down a few steps (3-4 steps) to access the apartment.
