Each of the three bedrooms features its own private ensuite bathroom for ultimate convenience and privacy. Unwind in two luxurious primary suites, one with a plush king and the other with a comfy queen, and a third bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle, perfect for families or extra guests. There’s also an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Outside, your private hot tub awaits on the patio, where you can enjoy a serene spot to soak under the stars, easing sore muscles after hitting Deer Valley’s world-famous groomed slopes, or exploring summer hiking trails. Just minutes from Deer Valley Resort’s renowned skiing, upscale dining, and year-round activities like mountain biking, concerts, and scenic lifts, this home is your serene base for an unforgettable Park City and Deer Valley getaway. BEDROOM DETAILS - Bedroom One - Main - King bed, ensuite - Bedroom Two - Guest - Queen bed, ensuite - Bedroom Three - Guest - Queen bed, twin bed with trundle, ensuite - Living Room - Queen sleeper sofa WHAT WE LOVE - Conveniently located on the Deer Valley shuttle route, available year-round. - Relaxing in the private hot tub after a day of skiing or adventure. - Open floor-plan perfect for entertaining. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 10 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 2. - This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from Property Manager. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
