HOUSE RULES
For security and peace of mind, noise monitoring devices are installed on the property.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
No parties or events are permitted without Manager approval. Confetti is not allowed as it can damage the floor and result in expensive repairs (true story!).
There is no smoking allowed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome.
Only two dogs are allowed up to 50lbs.
$50 non-refundable fee per dog.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Owners must pick up after their pets outside.
PARKING
No on-street parking is allowed during a snowstorm. The City may issue a ticket and snow plows may not clear the street. Street parking permitted when it is not snowing.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees that may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation:
Pack N Play: $40 per item.
High Chairs: $40 per item.
VENDOR ACCESS
Landscape vendors may access the backyard once per week. Service days may change and can occur up to twice a week.
