There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
No parties or events are permitted without Manager approval. Confetti is not allowed as it can damage the floor and result in expensive repairs (true story!).
There is no smoking allowed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed.
PARKING
No on-street parking is allowed during a snowstorm. The City may issue a ticket and snow plows may not clear the street. Street parking permitted when it is not snowing.
