This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa sleeps up to six guests and offers an exceptional location just a short walk to the beach, world-class tennis, championship golf, and beloved Palmetto Dunes spots such as Alexander’s Restaurant, The General Store, and Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.
Inside, the open-concept layout is bright and inviting, showcasing hardwood floors, fresh coastal décor, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast bar, and it conveniently includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, where guests can relax beneath soaring exposed-beam ceilings and enjoy the 65” Smart TV with Roku. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio and backyard overlooking the first hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course—an ideal setting for grilling on the gas grill, dining al fresco, or unwinding with peaceful golf course views.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom, generous closet space, and direct access to the patio, while the guest bedroom features two double beds and easy access to the second full bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, keyless entry, parking for up to two vehicles, and access to the community pool (seasonal). Guests traveling with their furry companions will love that this villa welcomes pets, making it easy to enjoy the island together. Four adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs are provided, along with seasonal access to the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Buggy.
