2112 Villamare is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom villa located on the first floor of the Villamare Complex in Palmetto Dunes. This lovely oceanside villa is in building two with beautiful ocean, lagoon, and landscaped courtyard views from the living room and both bedrooms. The large, open floor plan with travertine flooring in the main living area and sky-blue walls throughout provides you with a relaxing, spacious vacation rental. This villa is perfect for families or a weekend getaway for two couples.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops and a new laundry center with full-size front loading washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining room table that seats six with a mirrored accent wall behind it. This opens to the comfortable living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and a 50” Smart TV with DVD player. Access to the covered balcony where there is a round table for four, provides you with a peaceful and relaxing place to sit and enjoy a meal while overlooking the beautiful, landscaped courtyard, lagoon and ocean.
Off the living room, behind the double doors, is the primary bedroom. It has plank flooring, king bed, chair, 50” Smart TV with DVD player, and access to the covered balcony shared with the living room. The en-suite primary bathroom has a single granite vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub. The guest bedroom is located off the main foyer area. It has two queen beds, a small table for two, and a 32” Smart TV with VCR and DVD player. This bedroom has a private covered balcony with four chairs – a great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. The ensuite bath has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.
Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
