The heart of our home lies in the expansive patio area, complete with a BBQ grill and a 3-burner stove with a griddle, offering the perfect setting for delightful outdoor gatherings and culinary adventures. Whether you’re savoring grilled delights under the stars or enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine, this space is sure to be a highlight of your stay. For endless entertainment, both kids and adults alike will delight in the array of games and the foosball table, promising hours of laughter and friendly competition. After a day of exploration, retreat to the comfort of our well-appointed bedrooms, where restful nights await. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
