Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized. Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax. If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. While we do not have control over the schedule or scope of the work, some noise may be heard during your stay—particularly in the mornings. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
