HOUSE RULES
- No access to dock or pier.
- Spa Heat can be turned on for an additional $40 per night + tax.
- Pets allowed - Max of 2 for $100 non-refundable pet fee
- Pack Play and Highchairs available for rental - $40 each + tax
- Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
- This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum at the property.
- Rental agreement should be signed after booking
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
- There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
