Property Manager is proud to present "La Casita"! This home sleeps up to 4 guests. This recently updated, 932 sf, quintessential Carmel-by-the-Sea cottage exudes the classic charm our area is so well known for while boasting modern comforts and a prime Golden Rectangle location. Hardwood floors, board and batten wood paneled walls, and vaulted wood beam ceilings adorn the interior throughout. With new modern furnishings complimented by tasteful antique art and a central location offering walkability to both town and the beach, "La Casita" is a lovely place to spend your next getaway in Carmel! Living Space Upon entering the gate and meandering through a whimsical garden with a stone pathway, approach the front door on a porch wrapping around to the back of the home with outdoor seating for 4 beneath the oak trees. Inside, the living room has seating for 4 with a couch and two comfy chairs in front of a gas fireplace with Carmel Stone surround, a flat screen Smart TV and access to the deck through French doors. Kitchen and Dining The charming and efficient petite kitchen has slightly small scale appliances including refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove with oven and dishwasher. A sunny window is situated over the farmhouse-style sink. The dining area has a round table that seats 4 situated near French doors leading to the back deck with a small seating area. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, wood floors and direct access outside through French doors. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a vintage claw foot tub (no shower). Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. The second bathroom is located off the kitchen and it has a tiled standing shower and also houses a small stacked washer and dryer. Off-street parking for one vehicle in the driveway. The garage is available for storing bikes, surfboards, golf clubs, etc, but cannot accommodate a car. Sorry, this is not a pet friendly home. This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager.
