Living Space
Enter through the front garden down the walkway beside the koi pond, boulders and enormous rustic beams in the front yard entry.
The inviting living room has attractive warm wood paneling, exposed beams and ceiling details but the main event is the view of the Pacific over the rooftops.
Comfortable furnishings are perfect for good conversation or watching your favorite shows on the wifi-enabled Smart TV with app-based streaming (no cable), guests should bring the logins to their streaming subscription services. A daybed sits in front of the ocean view window, beckoning you to lounge with a good book or take a catnap.
On one side of the living space is the wooden dining table that seats six, situated perfectly in front of a large ocean-facing window so you can enjoy the view over meals.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The white cabinetry, counters and appliances brightly contrasts with the wood beams and paneling. Adjacent to the kitchen is a space with a long bar with stools, another place to take in a view of the ocean through the gnarled branches of a large Cypress tree.
Off the kitchen is a small, protected ocean view deck with glass walls and steps leading down into the nice multi-level lawn and patio area. A charcoal BBQ grill is on hand.
