Book a relaxing getaway in this beautifully designed & furnished A-frame! Mins away from Meerkerk Garden and the beach! You can enjoy stunning sunsets & Olympic Mountain views on the oversized deck! We have a dining set on the front deck, and lounge chairs around the fire pit in the side yard where you can sit around under the dark nights! Perfect for generational trips, groups of friends & families! As an added bonus, two public beach accesses from Salmon Street, just a block away!
This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is 1,413 sqft. It’s a three level home with a few steps to entrance.

• There are two driveways that can accommodate one car each
• There are currently 2 dedicated workspaces in the house. One is a large desk against the dark gray wall on the lower level, and one is a small desk in the loft area on the second level. They each have a power strip, and the upper-level desk also has a 24" monitor that you can use.
• High speed internet at 1Gbps, suitable for remote working and concurrent streaming.
• We have a NEMA 14-50 level 2 and NEMA 5-15 level 1 outlet for EV charging, you would need to bring your own charger.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Please note that the access to the loft area with the 2 twin beds is via a spiral staircase which may be unsafe for young children who are not proficient around stairs. There are however 2 bedrooms on the lower floor which they can utilize.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
