Walk to the bustling 15th Ave where there’s lots of dining, shopping and grocery options. This place is perfect for families, group travelers and multi-generational groups.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 1718 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with the following floor plan:

• First Floor: Living room with queen sleeper; kitchen, dining, half bath, back door to parking. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, bathroom with shower & tub combo. Heating only.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom (shower & tub combo). Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
