Set in a peaceful cul-de-sac, w/ large windows flooding the home w/ natural light & frame stunning views of the valley & Great Salk Lake. Only 30 mins to Snowbasin/Powder Mountain & 45 mins to the Cottonwoods or PC!
Includes two living rooms, three fireplaces, office, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, theatre, two garages and a wet bar in the second living room.
The first floor includes living room #1, two bedrooms including the primary, two full bathrooms and two half bathroom, the office, full kitchen, upstairs terrace and both garages.
Downstairs you’ll find the second living with the pool table, ping pong table, wet bar and second dining area. Next to it you’ll find the theatre room, two bedrooms, third full bathroom and the downstairs patio.
