Come and enjoy West Columbia and walk within minutes to various restaurants, shops, breweries, and miles of outdoor recreation on the West Columbia River Walk Park, and Riverbanks Zoo Botanical Gardens just a short walk away! This character packed 1,050sf, 3 bed, 1.5 bath home has been beautifully furnished. Within minutes of The Vista and University of SC, 7 minutes to Williams Brice and 20 minutes to Ft. Jackson, it’s the perfect place to enjoy all that WECO and Columbia have to offer!
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, including a main king bedroom suite with a private half bath. The other two guest bedrooms have queen bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances, an electric range, dishwasher, pantry, refrigerator, and white cabinets. The living room has a Roku TV and dining area with seating for 6.
I give my guests space but am available when needed. We live nearby and are accessible by the OTA app, phone or text during your stay.
The City of West Columbia is situated along eight miles of the beautiful lower Saluda and Congaree Rivers. Known for being friendly, welcoming, and affordable, the City also has top-level schools and a myriad of dining and shopping options, as well as exemplary health care options that are within a three-mile radius. The area is ideal for commerce, thanks to its business-friendly attitude, low taxes, and utility rates. The City is concentrating on economic development and is eager to attract business start-ups and/or relocations. Additionally, major interstates, highways, the airport, and Columbia are just minutes away. When it comes to recreation, West Columbia offers kayaking, canoeing, tubing, parks, waterfront concerts, 8.5 miles of walking and biking trails, and much more, including access to the renowned Riverbanks Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Waterfall Junction.
