You will have complete access to the entire house except for an owner’s closet. Only you and your registered guests will have access to the space during your stay.
This is an entire home that is part of a duplex so it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 8 guests).
Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.
And, for everyone’s safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulating of these cameras will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.
