We mean it when we say that White Moose Cabin truly is in the best location Island Park has to offer! Only 22 miles from the West Entrance to Yellowstone, this cabin is walking distance to some of the greatest attractions, amenities, and restaurants in the area. Robins Roost, the only grocery store in Island Park, is just down the road, so no need to worry if you forgot something on your list. Depart on a one-minute drive to High Mountain Adventure to rent kayaks, and journey to the popular Big Springs Boat Dock for a nice easy float down the Big Springs River, just five miles from home. Come to snowmobile or ATV? White Moose Cabin makes it easy to access gateways to hundreds of miles of recreational trails that are just around the bend. Though the cabin is close to necessary amenities, White Moose Cabin is tucked away in a towering lodge pole pine forest and nestled under the iconic Sawtelle Mountain. The quiet seclusion provides a picturesque view and soothing sounds of the forest that any soul would crave. It wouldn’t be unusual to spot creatures such as deer, fox, or moose simply passing through the neighborhood. Some of the greatest fishing is just down Highway 20 in the Henrys Fork Outlet or even Henrys Lake. The location is on point, but then again, you’ll have to see it for yourself to believe it.
Within its log-constructed walls, White Moose Cabin holds three private bedrooms and a loft that hosts two queen beds. The luxurious master bedroom has a fireplace of its own and private access to the cabins very own hot tub. The fully stocked spacious kitchen provides the perfect setting to host a scrumptious in-home meal, fit for the whole crew. Planning for a BBQ? No problem! Use the cabins BBQ grill or the flames of an open fire at the fire pit. Through all OTA, White Moose Cabin offers the option to gather around the gas lit fire stationed on the front porch. Even in the cold, keep your vehicle or snowmobiles warm in the spacious heated two-car garage. After a long adventure in the great outdoors, cuddle up on the couches in the living room or cozy up by the gorgeous fireplace for an evening movie or simple conversation. Indulge in a healing soak in the well-maintained hot tub, where though the steam, a glorious forested view awaits. Children can enjoy a bedtime story in the cabins very own loft library, created especially for you to utilize during your stay. Selecting a cabin for your mountain get away is a big task!
