So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1. - The streaming services available on the property’s Smart TVs require the guests’ own personal login. Please Remember to log out upon checkout! - There are more than a dozen games available at the cabin, such as board games, trivia, true crime, and card games, for guests to enjoy. - We charge a $25 pet fee per pet, max of 2 medium-sized pets. Also pet are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone.
