The Space
Whiskey Rocks blends authentic mid-century design with modern comfort, curated by owners whose lives span rock-and-roll history and aerospace innovation. The home is bright, private, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation, creativity, and entertaining.
The main living area features a cozy seating arrangement, a remote-controlled gas fireplace, and a large Frame TV. Glass doors open directly to the private courtyard, creating effortless indoor/outdoor flow. The space connects to a well-stocked kitchen with a large island and seating, plus a dining table for six that opens to the patio—perfect for shared meals and sunset cocktails.
Your well-behaved dog is welcome to enjoy the fully enclosed outdoor areas alongside you.
Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: King memory foam bed, electric fireplace, large TV, walk-in closet, blackout shades, mountain views, ensuite bath with rain shower & pool access
• Guest Bedroom (“Rock & Roll Room”): King memory foam bed, large TV, spacious closet, courtyard access
• Office / Flex Room: Queen sleeper sofa, built-in desk, large monitor, sliding doors to courtyard

The wrap-around private courtyard is the heart of this home. Enjoy a heated pool, oversized spa, outdoor shower, and cooling misters—all framed by breathtaking mountain views. An expansive outdoor kitchen with gas grill and counter seating makes al fresco dining effortless, while a secluded fire pit sets the scene for relaxed desert evenings under the stars.

Ideally located in Palm Springs, Whiskey Rocks places you close to dining, shopping, hiking, and nightlife while maintaining complete privacy. Whether you’re heading downtown, exploring desert trails, or simply enjoying the views from home, everything Palm Springs is known for is within easy reach.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: USD75/night
• April, May, October: USD50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there’s no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a USD89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a USD200/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional USD500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
