All Property Manager properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we’re always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We’re happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.
Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
Please note that a monthly security deposit of AED 5000 is required for monthly stay
The Neighbourhood
Downtown Dubai is the dynamic hub of this burgeoning young city, filled with the region’s biggest and the world’s greatest attractions such as The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. All of which are a short walking distance from the apartment, along with the Dubai Opera House and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets.
Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes, and for the more adventurous traveller, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise? When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Careem and other car services are available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
