Guests enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire property, including the private backyard pool and gated beach access points. The home is equipped with a private driveway for parking. Entry is facilitated via a secure digital lock, and guests will receive a unique code prior to arrival for a seamless check-in experience.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a full set of plates, glassware, bowls, and cookware. Please note that cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks are not provided, so we recommend bringing your preferred seasonings or purchasing them at nearby grocery stores.
For guests traveling with pets, a $350 cleaning fee applies per pet to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness for all future visitors. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $500 per week. While the property does not have an on-site gym, the area offers over 50 miles of walking and biking trails, and world-class golf and tennis facilities are just a short drive away at Port Royal and Palmetto Dunes.
