The location of this fully renovated villa is Ocean Front Villa is the best, and it is just steps from the beach boardwalk and resort pool. This 1-bedroom villa was recently remodeled with a brand-new bath, wide plank luxury vinyl floors, new living room furniture which includes a new queen pull out sofa with a 3" memory foam mattress, shiplap walls, new quartz countertops, and all new deck furniture and beach chairs. The bedroom is private and has a private entrance to the bathroom. The villa easily fits 2 couples or a family of 4. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, or you can enjoy a meal at the balcony table. You can enjoy beautiful, serene sunrises right from you balcony.
You can stay at one of Hilton Head Island’s premier resort Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. It is family oriented with the largest ocean front pool on the island, a beach-pool cafe, ice cream stand in the summer, and easy access to the beach. This is one of the closest villas to the beach entrance.
During the summer, there are 3 restaurants at the resort, movie pool nights, games and fun pool activities throughout the week. There are tennis and pickle ball courts with a tennis pro on site
There are bike rentals at the resort, and golf is just a mile away at Port Royal Golf Club. You can enjoy riding bikes on the beach or the 50+ miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. It just doesn’t get better than this.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
