Guests will have full, private access to the entire villa and balcony. Entry is facilitated via a secure keyless system for a seamless check-in experience. The reservation includes one complimentary parking pass for use within the community. For groups traveling with more than one vehicle, additional parking passes are available for purchase at $35 each. Please note that the community maintains a strict policy regarding e-bikes, which are not permitted on the premises.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, including plates, bowls, cups, pots, and pans. Guests should plan to bring their own cooking basics, such as oil, salt, pepper, and spices, as well as chopsticks, as these are not provided.
