Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beachfront pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts for guests’ enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volleyball on the beach, and bike rentals at the resort. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis, and bike rentals.
Some of the best waterfront restaurants, such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp, are a short car ride away.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.
Parking: One free parking pass is included with your stay. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 each.
Essentials Provided: We provide a starter set of linens, towels, and kitchenware (pots, pans, plates, etc.).
Guest Preparation: Please bring your own beach towels, as well as cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper, and coffee pods/filters.
Resort Rules: E-bikes are strictly prohibited within the resort community.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a relaxing environment for all, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Accessibility: The building is equipped with an elevator and ramps for easy access to the third floor.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
