This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom, child bunk beds in the private hall, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The open floor plan kitchen has quartz countertops including an island for extra counter space. There is beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a state-of-the-art tiled bathroom with a walk in shower. You will enjoy your vacation at this villa. The villa is located on the quiet marsh side of the resort and is a short walk to the beach and pool. There is a ramp to the unit. No need to climb steps. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. Enjoy the Summertime fun at HHBT. Monday night movies at the pool, Wednesday night karaoke, and Thursday afternoon pool party. There are 4 Tennis Courts and 8 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
