This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island. Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort it has activities a plenty with 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball, a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. The resort also offers Coconutz Sports Bar with a full dinner menu, Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, Jamaica Joez Beach Bar with a full lunch menu, and Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut.
Nearby are golf courses, water sports rentals, shopping, miniature golf, art galleries, theater, great restaurants and so much more.
This condo is located on the second floor with elevator access nearby. There is a fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. With a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper, and a set of child size bunks in the hall this is the perfect size for a couple or small family (max occupancy of 6). Enjoy ocean views right from your furnished balcony. Free Wi-fi is included and coin laundry is in the building. Parking is unassigned and there is an additional $35 parking fee for more than 1 vehicle. First vehicle is included in your reservation. Linens are supplied except for beach/pool towels.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
