Prohibited Items: Please be advised that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the community.
Cleaning & Tobacco: This is a 100% non-smoking property. A $500 restoration fee applies to any violations.
Supplies: We provide a starter set of plates, cups, bowls, and cookware. Please bring your own "cooking basics" (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and chopsticks, as these are not provided.
