Bring the family to this renovated vacation villa at Queens Grant near the entrance to the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Just steps to the pool and close to shopping, restaurants and the famous Robert Trent Jones golf course! Multiple on-site pools, one that is mere steps from this villa. It has a comfortable floor plan with a vaulted ceiling and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer and pass through window to the dining room. It features a king-sized bed in the master, a queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a huge 75" TV for watching all your favorite shows in style. This is a ground level villa that requires no steps to climb. You will be happy you booked this villa.
Hilton Head is a bike riding community with over 50 miles of bike paths. Enjoy your vacation on one of HHI’s golf courses, tennis courts, or pickle ball courts.
Property Manager is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away, and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
Pets are allowed on the property, you just need to pay an additional cleaning fee, which is for a fee of $175.00 per pet.
Gym is not available on the property.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
