This professionally managed second-floor villa (FC14F) blends modern convenience with a relaxed coastal aesthetic. The heart of the home is an open-concept great room, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring new stainless steel appliances, a dedicated coffee wet bar for your morning ritual, and a pantry for extended stays.
The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a new queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is versatile, equipped with two new twin beds, while the living room includes a queen pull-out sofa to accommodate up to six guests. For indoor entertainment, the new credenza is stocked with a curated selection of games and books. Step outside onto the private deck, furnished with new seating, to enjoy the sea air and the manicured views of the Fiddler’s Cove grounds.

Property Manager is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.
There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a free trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

Transportation: Complimentary on-site parking and easy access to "The Breeze" trolley stop for island-wide travel.
To ensure a seamless stay, please be aware of the following:
Check-in Requirements: A valid ID and credit card are required. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
Property Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Adherence to these rules is required to avoid restoration fees or eviction. Smoking on the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Provisions: While we provide essential cookware (plates, bowls, pots, and pans), please plan to bring your own "cooking basics" such as oils, spices, and condiments.
Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted.
