Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months. There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a free trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car. Property Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Adherence to these rules is required to avoid restoration fees or eviction. Smoking on the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Provisions: While we provide essential cookware (plates, bowls, pots, and pans), please plan to bring your own "cooking basics" such as oils, spices, and condiments.
