Muted winter light settles over the peaks as you look out from your hillside perch, the air crisp and still above Whistler Village. Evenings unfold beside the glow of the indoor fireplace or in the warmth of the private hot tub, steam rising while the valley lights shimmer below. After time on the mountain, the townhouse offers a calm, inviting place to unwind with family or friends.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across four levels, the home sleeps 10 and features five bedrooms and six baths designed for comfort and privacy. The upper floor holds the primary bedroom overlooking the lounge, complete with a king bed, TV, and ensuite with bathtub and overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms on lower levels each offer a king bed and ensuite, providing restful spaces after days outdoors. Another bedroom includes twin beds with access to a private deck, while the fifth bedroom features two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), well suited for groups traveling together. Bathrooms offer a mix of glass-enclosed showers and bath-shower combinations.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen includes a gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel appliances, wine fridge, and ample counter space for preparing meals. A breakfast bar seats three, while the adjoining dining table accommodates ten, giving everyone room to gather and share time together.
Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring in mountain views and natural light throughout the main lounge. Plush seating surrounds the sleek gas fireplace, creating an ideal setting for quiet winter evenings. A media room with a 64" Smart TV and Sonos sound system offers a cozy option for movie nights. Essentials like towels, linens, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair, heating, portable fans, and a safe add convenience for longer stays.
Outdoor living
A large deck extends the main living space outdoors, where a private hot tub and BBQ grill overlook the surrounding peaks and valley. A private entrance, single-car garage with boot warmers, driveway parking, and a mudroom for storing gear support winter travel with ease.
Ski access
Guests can reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at roughly 100 stairs that guests must descend to reach Northern Lights, while ski-out requires climbing those stairs and returning to the trail to reconnect with the Lower Olympic Run. Ski access is seasonal, typically open late December through March depending on snow conditions.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
