The comfy large L shape sofa is over looking the Jacuzzi style POOL with the wooden bridge to access the 2 bedrooms with their private en-suite bathrooms. Guests seeking privacy can seamlessly retreat to their own air-conditioned quarters here. Wake up to a refreshing swim in our unique pool where you can kick back to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful weather that Bali has to offer all year around. When it’s time to socialise, you can unwind in living room/dining area and play some games or watch TV with the loved ones. From the sofa you are able to observe the entire Villa, from the pool through to the dining and kitchen area, and of course to watch the Smart TV from. The living room doors can be opened fully to let some breeze in or closed if you prefer it that way. There are 2 large ceiling fans there to always keep you and the living room nice and cold (No AC). If ever in need of fast Wi-Fi connection for work or leisure, we have up to 60mbps speed internet connection to use throughout the property. *Kindly note that there is some maintenance work taking place in the property beside this villa, so there may be some unwanted noise through the day.* The entire VILLA IS PRIVATE, just for your use, including the living areas, pool and the car park. FOR FAMILY WITH TODDLERS OR KIDS: We can help you to arrange baby cots, high chair, stair gate, car baby seat and lots more at an extra cost. Our villa is located in a small, quiet street surrounded by similar villas, perfectly situated between Seminyak and Canggu. This prime location allows you to relax and also easily immerse yourself in the vibrant flow of Bali. All major attractions and the best beaches are easily accessible from our villa. In the neighborhood, you can find a variety of restaurants within walking distance that offer both local and international dishes. For lunch, our favorites is Uncle Pho. For breakfast, we recommend Aftertaste Breakfast or Luisana Kitchen. All of these places are only a 3 minute walk from the villa. The closest shop, Alfamart, is also not more than a 2-minute drive away. Other larger, western supermarkets or local markets are within easy reach. For those looking to enjoy the vibrant dining and nightlife, you can explore: Petitenget Street: 2 km away, bustling with nice restaurants and cafes. Shishi Nightclub: 3.3 km away, known for its vibrant nightlife. Potato Head Beach Club: 3.9 km away, offering great food, drinks, and stunning sunset views. Motel Mexicola: 4.1 km away, a lively spot with a great atmosphere. Beach lovers will be pleased to know that several beautiful beaches are easily accessible by a short scooter ride (approximately 10-15 minutes): Batu Belig Beach: 3.9 km away Petitenget Beach: 4 km away Seminyak Beach: 4.4 km away Our villa’s location not only provides a peaceful retreat but also quick access to the lively spots that Bali is famous for. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or explore the bustling nightlife and dining scene, our villa offers the best of both worlds. Public transport is not easily available in Bali and pretty unreliable as experienced. We advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or a car if they feel comfortable driving in Bali. Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Gojek applications to get around at a very low price. In the area of the Villa these applications are allowed to operate without a problem. These apps also allow you to order food to the Villa within just minutes. We can help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. We also offer half/full day driving services with our private driver. For more information, please get in touch. There will be a member of staff at the villa to welcome you during check-in and explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions, however if you request or you arrive late there is a self check-in option as well. You will be given 2 sets of keys for the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. Please note that as the villa has open living spaces there may be reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear. Please note that there is some construction work taking place in the property beside this villa, so there may be some unwanted noise usually from 9 :00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note that due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection.
