The total area of the property is about 200 sqm with a decent sized pool that has a fantastic temperature to enjoy day and night. The property offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms in total and can accommodate a maximum of 6 pax. The living area comes equipped with ceiling fan and AC which is refreshing after spending some time in the outside heat. If preferred, all glass doors can be fully opened to connect the indoor area with the outdoor and make it a seamless connection between the two spaces. We provide private, gated parking that can fit a car or few motorbikes. We offer strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the place at no extra charge. Each private bedroom has an AC and a Smart TV, along with an additional 58" TV in the living room area. Netflix app is available on all TVs but guests will need to use their own account to log-in. If you are bringing your little angels along on a family trip, this place is perfect for you. There is a custom play area for the kids just by the pool. The sun loungers and chairs provide the perfect spot for relaxing and sunbathing while keeping an eye on the children playing in their little jungle play area. Don’t miss to enjoy an amazing night of barbecue on our gas bbq outside, just beside of the pool. If you’re in need of a professional Chef to assist you with that, we got you covered at an extra charge. All you need to do is enquire to us about this option. Despite the villa’s location being in the heart of Kerobokan, it is peaceful and quiet. The place is also strategically located right in between Canggu and Central Seminyak. It is within 10-12 minutes to the beach, where you will find several popular Beach Clubs. The villa has one dedicated Villa Manager and a team to look after you during your stay and assist you with your needs. In addition, our Housekeeper will be dropping by and keeping the place nice and clean for you 6x/week, as well as a pool cleaner/gardener that will come by 2x/week. The space is designed for full comfort, fun and relaxation throughout. The entire VILLA IS PRIVATE, just for your use. FOR FAMILY WITH TODDLERS OR KIDS: We can help you to arrange baby cots, high chair, stair gate, car baby seat and lots more at an extra cost. Public transport is not easily available in Bali and pretty unreliable as experienced. The villa is very strategically located with restaurants, bars, beach spots, and Bali’s nightlife all easily reachable. In general we advise our guests to rent motorbike(s) or car if they feel comfortable driving in Bali. We can help to share rental contacts for these if needed. Other options are to use the Bluebird Taxis, or preferably to use the Grab or Go-jek applications to get around at a very low price. In the area of the villa these applications are allowed to operate without a problem. These apps also allow you to order food to the villa within just minutes. We will help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. We also offer half/full day private transport services with a fleet of available cars and experienced local chauffeurs. While we strive to provide a serene experience, some noise may occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. There will be a member of Staff at the villa to welcome you during check-in and explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions; however if you request or you arrive late, there is a self check-in option as well. You will be given 3 sets of keys to the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. Please note that as the villa has open living spaces there may be reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear. Please note that due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection.
