Siesta Villa Coralline is a stand-alone single story villa located in the beautiful community of Polynesian Gardens on Siesta Key. Villa Coralline has been designed & decorated as an upscale beach cottage featuring two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the second with two twins. The villa’s tropical beach theme is displayed throughout the home offering a true connection between the Siesta Key atmosphere and the comforts of home. Enjoy the private outdoor space provided in the backyard as well as the large heated community pool for Polynesian Garden residents and guests.

Polynesian Gardens is a quiet community which features shady streets, a large well-kept pool, clubhouse, and private dock. Siesta Villa Coralline is steps away from the Private Polynesian Gardens Dock, allowing easy access for you to spend the day fishing or watching the sunset.
Villa Carolline is a short walk to the beach, and all supplies needed for the perfect beach day are provided. The Crescent Beach Access is one-half of a mile south, and Siesta Beach is just under a mile north of the Villa Carolline. The white sand beach shoreline connects the beaches from Point of Rocks to the Siesta Beach Pavilion, and then all the way to the Siesta Village.
What’s provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.
***Reservations During the months of Jan-March must be for the beginning of the month to the end. Reservations that do not meet this time requirement may be canceled.
**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking.

A. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 2 miles from Polynesian Gardens. The best way to reach the village is either by bike or the free Siesta Key Trolley.
Q. Are the beach supplies included at the property?
A. Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and a pull cart to help bring everything down to the beach.
