Spiritual Oasis! This is the perfect location for those who have a flair for the healing arts and an eclectic, creative style and sensibility. Be inspired in this 3-bed 2-bath bungalow, full of an array of unique art, crystals, sound tools and a library of both unusual and uncommon plays and books.
The owner is an educator in the healing arts and has designed the home for comfort, rejuvenation and shared experiences. Utilize the plethora of pottery, kitchen wares and linens for your meals at home. The open living plan offers plenty of seating for dining and lounging. There is ample space in this Florida bungalow to spend time together or grab a book off the shelf and cozy up for some much-needed alone time. Relax in the front courtyard with the chiminea at dusk and watch the birds. Enjoy the backyard heated pool and the covered patio with convenient dining and lounge areas. Unwind outside and use the BBQ, smoker and firepit to keep warm.
The master bedroom is bright yet peaceful, has a king bed, plenty of storage, smart tv and access to the covered patio and pool. The comfortable guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room has a desk, a double size futon and access to the BBQ patio.
Enjoy this 1600 square foot artisan oasis on a quiet “old Florida” street just a block from the bay and a mile from downtown Sarasota and Sarasota Bay Park & Marina.
