Sunny Bay Estates is a newly built, luxurious gated community on Provo’s southern shore. Conveniently tucked in a peninsula between Chalk Sound (a Protected National Park), Silly Creek, the stunning/secluded Taylor Bay Beach, and Split Rock (aka Pirate’s Cove!) means guests will enjoy plenty of options when it comes to fun things to do and sights to behold. In addition to Provo’s iconic blue waters, guests can enjoy proximity to world-renowned bonefishing sites, centuries-old pirate carvings, hiking trails, jet ski rentals, Las Brisas Restaurant, tour operators, and lots more.
Villa Macy (4BR) is set one lot back from the water and offers guests a clean, modern, and luxurious space with plentiful natural light and elevated views over the bay. The open-concept design provides inviting water views from virtually anywhere in the house and creates a seamless flow between the different spaces. Once through the large wall-to-wall Arcadia doors, guests will be delighted with a practical and beautifully furnished spot to spend time together. Villa Macy features a BBQ grill, covered & uncovered sun decks, outdoor dining & lounging, a surround sound system, a private freshwater pool, water toys, and more.
Sunny Bay Estates features a small beach (shared with the other three villas). Relax, hop on your kayaks and paddleboards (included and shared with the other three villas), or take in the beautiful water vistas. Villa Macy offers a versatile and convenient location for both.

About the area
Providenciales, known locally as "Provo," is the most developed island in the Turks and Caicos archipelago and a premier destination for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The island is renowned for its stunning white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and vibrant coral reefs, making it a slice of paradise in the Caribbean.
Grace Bay Beach, often topping lists of the world's best beaches, is the crown jewel of Providenciales. This pristine stretch of soft, white sand and calm, clear waters is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and simply relaxing. The beach is also lined with a variety of resorts, restaurants, and shops, providing convenience and luxury for visitors.
For those interested in marine life, Providenciales offers some of the best snorkeling and diving opportunities in the Caribbean. The island is surrounded by one of the largest coral reef systems in the world, teeming with colorful fish, sea turtles, and other marine creatures. Smith's Reef and Bight Reef are popular snorkeling spots, while the walls of Northwest Point and West Caicos provide thrilling dives for the more adventurous.
Beyond the beaches, Provo is home to the only conch farm in the world, the Caicos Conch Farm, where visitors can learn about the life cycle of these fascinating marine snails and the importance of sustainable farming practices. The island's natural beauty extends to the interior, with the Chalk Sound National Park offering a stunning lagoon of brilliant blue water dotted with tiny islets.
For golf enthusiasts, the Provo Golf Club is a beautifully landscaped championship course that offers a challenging round amidst tropical flora and fauna. After a day of activities, visitors can indulge in Providenciales' culinary scene, which showcases a blend of local flavors and international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh seafood.
The island also caters to those seeking a cultural experience, with events like the weekly Island Fish Fry bringing locals and tourists together to enjoy traditional music, dance, and food. The event is a lively celebration of Turks and Caicos culture and a perfect way to mingle with the friendly island community.
In summary, Providenciales is a destination that offers a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and cultural experiences. Its world-class beaches, exceptional underwater world, and luxurious amenities make it an ideal getaway for travelers seeking a tropical escape.
